What Our Community Liaison Officer Can Do for Your Family:
Engagement Support
Our liaison officer works closely with families to identify the unique needs of each child and develops strategies to rekindle their enthusiasm for learning. We'll explore the reasons behind their disengagement and collaboratively find solutions.
Attendance Assistance
If your child is struggling with regular school attendance, our liaison officer can provide guidance and resources to help overcome attendance challenges. We'll work together to ensure your child receives the education they deserve.
Family Troubles Support
Life can be challenging, and family issues can sometimes affect a child's well-being and school performance. Our liaison officer offers a compassionate, non-judgmental ear to listen to your concerns and connects your family with appropriate support services, such as counseling or social services.
Community Resources
We're here to connect your family with community resources and services that can provide additional support. This includes access to local organizations, workshops, and programs aimed at strengthening families and promoting well-being.
Advocacy
Our liaison officer is your advocate within the school system. We'll work with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure your child's unique needs are understood and met. This may involve Individual Education Plans (IEPs), accommodations, or special considerations.
